Before you make any exterior modifications to your home or property including room additions, sun rooms, in ground swimming pools, decks, patios, sheds or fences, you will need prior approval from the HOA.
Please contact the Association’s Secretary (secretary@heritageknolls.net) so you can complete an Architecture Review Form requesting Board approval.

Please email your completed Architecture Review Form for any exterior additions such as decks, sun rooms, sheds and fences to our Association Secretary at secretary@herritageknolls.net to get the process rolling for the Board’s approval. You will get the HOA’s approval or specific reasons for denial to you within 15 calendar days (note: most are approved with no changes required). Our suggestion is to get the HK HOA approval before you apply for your city permits, to save on any change fees the city may charge.
